The New Jersey Home Performance with Energy Star program provides New Jersey homeowners with up to $15,000 in financial incentives to install insulation, air conditioning, heating, and hot water equipment in their homes.  Incentives are tiered based upon the anticipated projected energy savings of the upgrades installed in the home.
